David Rufo, President
Licensed Construction Supervisor

President of RCM Services, David has over 20 years experience in the janitorial industry as well as real estate management and development. David began in the industry in an entry level position, performing general janitorial duties. At various firms, David climbed through the ranks to overseeing janitorial and maintenance crews, and was later responsible for general operations at a Boston based real estate company. Prior to forming RCM Services, David was President and Director of Property Management for Rufo Management. Previously, David held Sales Coordinator and Project Manager positions for several development companies, overseeing sales and management of large condominium complexes. His duties included finance application, review and compilation; and capital improvement coordination. David began his career in the residential sales offices of Jim Kurker & Associates as Salesperson and was quickly promoted to Sales Manager. David was a member of the managers' committee for Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). David is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate and a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson and Construction Supervisor. David attended the University of Massachusetts, Boston, where he concentrated in Residential Real Estate Management and Development.

Clay Carson, Vice President
Clay is responsible for new contract sales and client development. He has nearly twenty years experience in the commercial cleaning industry. Previously Clay had worked for Charlesbank Cleaning and Personalized Office Care as an estimator. In 1993 he bought Rite-Way Cleaning, a small company that specialized in high-end residential buildings and professional offices. Within a few years the company had expanded and purchased one other company, focusing on the downtown Boston market. Many of the clients were of the same style and size as RCM, and in 1999 Rite-Way became a part of RCM Services. Clay works with Operations and management to ensure a smooth start to new accounts and projects and is available at all times for any consultation necessary to maintain client satisfaction and expectations.

Ramiro Avila, Area Supervisor
Area Supervisor for RCM Services, Ramiro oversees all janitorial services RCM Services provides to its' commercial and residential client base. Ramiro has fourteen years experience in the residential and commercial cleaning industry. He is directly responsible for the supervision of all janitorial staff and deals directly with RCM employees to ensure that consistent quality is maintained at all sites. Ramiro rose through the ranks at RCM first starting as a janitorial worker then foreman and supervisor to his current posiition as RCM Services Area Supervisor. Ramiro is well versed on the latest cleaning techniques and is proficient at carpet stain removal of synthetic, as well as natural fiber and stripping and refinishing many different types of hard floors including vinyl covered tile (VCT), ceramic and numerous types of marble.

Paul Zubrinski, Chief Financial Officer
Paul Zubrinski has over 15 years of business accounting experience. Paul is responsible for the accounting of RCM's accounting clientele including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management and monthly financial statement preparation. Paul began his career as an Accountant with the Leggat McCall Companies where he had full accounting responsibility for seven commercial properties. Paul later held Accountant positions with Boston Development Associates, CGI Companies and Gorham Fire Equipment. Paul holds a B.S. in Accounting from Northeastern University.
