Rufo Cleaning and Maintenance Company, Inc. RCM Services, is a Service organization specializing in painting, janitorial, and maintenance of office buildings, condominiums, apartment buildings, and university properties. Our portfolio includes some 60 different condominium associations, and over 120 different office and apartment buildings that we service for colleges, real estate property management companies, and private firms and landlords throughout Eastern Massachusetts. Our company evolved from a property management company in the Brighton area. This background in management helps to explain why RCM Services tends to take a more comprehensive view of property upkeep than other cleaning companies. Our employees are trained to notice and report any items needing maintenance, such as doors not locking properly or broken light fixtures. This provides facilities management with "another set of eyes" looking over the building(s). The goal is to work together as a team to make managers' lives easier and reduce headaches.
